Private health insurance

The scheme also provides huge discounts on an extensive range of fitness related items such as gym memberships, running shoes, fitness trackers and bikes.

Fruit provided throughout the office

Healthy eating is important, and we therefore provide fruit daily throughout the office.

Sports teams including basketball, football and softball

We have an active office culture and we have teams in a number of sports that compete with surrounding offices in local tournaments.

Lunchtime running club

Staying active throughout the day helps increase focus and reduces stress, therefore (and weather permitting) a running club heads out at lunchtimes to explore the surrounding pavements.

Cycle to work scheme

Promoting healthier journeys to work and reducing environmental pollution, this scheme allows employees to invest in bicycles and safety equipment as a tax-free benefit.

Weekly office meditation and yoga

Taking time to yourself and getting some headspace has been proven to reduce stress and give us perspective over challenging situations. Within the office we organise weekly meditation and yoga sessions which are tailored to calm down a busy mind and alleviate the aches and pains of desk-bound work.

Active health and fitness culture

Having an active lifestyle helps to keep us happy and healthy, therefore Bryden Wood support a number of fitness initiatives including private health insurance, sports teams (basketball, football, softball…), regular running clubs, healthy eating and a cycle to work scheme.

Active social culture

Socialising with the people you work with is an important part of having a healthy work life, at Bryden Wood we organise a number of events throughout the year including four seasonal office outings and encouraging weekly meetups and walks to local points of interest.
